**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is for the issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioners.

Reply dated 02.08.2025 has been filed by the learned State Counsel in the Court today. The same is taken on record. While referring to the said reply, the counsel for the State submits that adequate police force has been deployed in Village Kirmach near the house of the petitioners. Further, CCTV cameras have also been installed by the respondent No.3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court at this stage.

Disposed of.

Needless to say that, if the petitioners apprehend any threat in future, they are free to approach this Court once again.
