(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing the criminal complaint No.COMI-31 dated 20.02.2017 (Annexure P-11) and summoning order dated 23.09.2019 (Annexure P-2) under Sections 452, 427, 336, 506, 148, 149 IPC passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patti, along with all consequential proceedings arising out at the said complaint on the basis of the compromise effected between the petitioners and the complainant.

No case is made out for quashing aforementioned complaint as also the summoning order as petitioners No.1 to 3 are admittedly proclaimed offender.
