(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Butta Singh, in case FIR No. 174 dated 24.06.2019, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 IPC (Sections 325 and 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station Kalayat, District Kaithal.

Pursuant to order dated 08.01.2020, affidavit of Sh. Vinod Shankar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kalayat, District Kaithal, filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. Be tagged at the appropriate place. A copy thereof, has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since, the petitioner is not co-operating with the investigation, therefore, interim bail granted to him vide order 18.09.2019, is recalled. The instant petition is dismissed, accordingly.
