**** /!$ #0% Prayer in the present case is for setting aside impugned order dated 15.07.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind; whereby charges have been framed against the petitioner under Sections 376-B, 494, 506, 498-A and 323 of IPC at Police Station City, Narwana in case FIR No. 57 dated 28.02.2019.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Lady Sub-Inspector Nirmala Devi, Police Station City, Narwana, informs that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the trial in the present case has concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind vide judgment dated 14.03.2023.
