On 02.09.2024, yet again, none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 05.09.2024. On 05.09.2024 none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called twice since morning. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
