(ORAL) The petitioner herein has sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.93 dated 30.07.2019 registered at Police Station Shambhu, District Patiala, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC.

Reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State, by way of the affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Circle Ghanaur, District Patiala, is already available on the file.

It is worth-while to mention here that on 22.03.2022, the Co-ordinate Bench passed the following order in the present petition:- "Leaned State counsel states that the reply has already been prepared and the same would be filed in registry after completion of formalities in next two days.

On his request, adjourned to 25.07.2022.

Meanwhile, the petitioner shall join the investigation and would come present as and when called for and in the event of arrest, the POOJA SHARMA 2022.07.26 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

petitioner shall be admitted to interim bail on his furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438

(2) Cr.P.C.

Today, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Mohd. Naseeb from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 22.03.2022, as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, the petitioner has joined in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature.

In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner named Balwinder Singh by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 22.03.2022, is hereby made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
