RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing the FIR No.43, dated 24.08.2023, under Section 409 IPC, registered at Police Station Patara, District Jalandhar. It is also prayed to quash the consequential proceedings arising out of the above-mentioned FIR.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law. Allowed as prayed for.
