After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a duty of a petitioner-son to maintain his mother irrespective of the relations between them and in view of the impugned order dated 02.08.2024 (Annexure P-3), the petitioners will regularly pay a sum of Rs.2000/- per month as maintenance to each respondent No. 3-father and respondent No. 4-mother for their welfare so that they can live their life in a dignified manner, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further 2.

Ordered accordingly.
