(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant states that he does not want to press this appeal.

A perusal of the orders shows that on the last date, time was given to the appellant to find out whether any FDR can be given in the name of the minor child, which we cannot force him to give but he has opted to withdraw this appeal.

Allowed to withdraw, with the observation that in future, he will not claim the custody of the child staying with the mother or initiate any legal proceedings.
