Present petition under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. for seeking cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to respondent No.2, namely Manpreet Kaur by the learned Sessions Judge, Faridkot in case FIR No. 187 dated 06.08.2019, registered under Section(s) 454 & 380 IPC at Police Station City, Faridkot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had raised all the pleas opposing the pre-arrest bail application of respondent No.2-Manpreet Kaur, but the same were not found recorded by the learned Sessions Judge, Faridkot and pre-arrest bail was granted to her. However, learned counsel fairly conceded that by now, the petitioner has not approached the Court of Sessions for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to respondent No.2.
