(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 14 dated 04.01.2024 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 323/406/498A IPC at Police Station Krishana Gate Thanesar Kurukshetra, District Kurukshetra and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate concerned. Permitted to do so.
