The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No.123 dated 23.09.2021 at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala, under Sections 406/420/465/467/468/471/120-B IPC.

As per allegations levelled in the FIR, Jatinder Kumar and the complainant Avtar Singh had entered into an agreement for running a sheller, as per which Jatinder Kumar was given lease rights to the extent of 50%. However, later Jatinder Kumar came up with cancellation agreement dated 18.09.2019 i.e. the day on which the earlier agreement had been entered into, which was found to be forged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has since been amicably compromised amongst the parties and that the VANDANA YADAV 2021.12.09 16:22 I attest to the accuracy of this order

CRM-M-50511-2021 complainant does not wish to pursue the matter against the petitioner. 4.

Learned State counsel has, however, feigned ignorance about the compromise.

Mr. Sourabh Singla, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant and has endorsed the factum of compromise and has stated that he has no objection in case the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is accepted. 6.

In view of the aforestated position, wherein the matter is stated to have been amicably resolved amongst the parties, the petition is accepted and the petitioner, in the event of arrest, be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 09.12.2021 (GURVINDER SINGH GILL) Vimal/VY JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned:
