The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, to handover the investigation in FIR No.444 dated 10.08.2024 under Sections 115, 3(5) and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 registered at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad, against respondent Nos.5 to 7, to some independent agency or to some senior Police Officer of State of Haryana.

At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the challan in the present case stands presented.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points at an appropriate stage. 4.

In view of above, the prayer so made is allowed. 5.
