(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the arrears of pay, pension, family pension, gratuity, leave encashment, provident fund, GIS and other benefits of the father of the petitioners with interest from the date due till the date of payment.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to decide their pending legal notice, dated 17.09.2020 (Annexure P-4), in a specified period.
