Notification under Section 6 of the Act was issued on 28.12.2009. The Land Acquisition Collector (for short, `the Collector') vide different awards assessed compensation @ ` 8,00,000/- per acre for all the villages. Dissatisfied with the awards of the Collector, the landowners filed objections. RFA No.6111 of 2013 -2before this court by the landowners.
Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that claim made in the present set of appeals is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in R.F.A. No. 4987 of 2013 -Wazir Singh and another vs. State of Haryana, decided on 12.11.2013, whereby, compensation for the land acquired vide same notification was assessed @ ` 11,58,000/- per acre. Since this Court had further enhanced the compensation for the land acquired vide same notification in Wazir Singh's case (supra), the appeals filed by the landowners are disposed of in the same terms.
