The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 22.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-14930-2025, whereby respondent was directed to decide the case of the petitioner.

In compliance of the order dated 22.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-14930-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 13.02.2026 of Shantanu Sharma, Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate, Sirsa, along with speaking order dated 22.07.2025 (Annexure R1), has been filed on behalf of the respondent before the Registry. The same is taken on record.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to her in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 22.07.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Sirsa. 6.
