(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Seema Devi in case FIR No.18 dated 13.03.2019 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur.

On instructions from SI Gurdev Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Seema Devi has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 05.11.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
