This is an application for placing on record the correct translated copy of transfer deed dated 23.10.2025.

This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 26.09.2018 passed in RSA-5367-2018. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the revenue record would be corrected as per the transfer deed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied with the same.
