The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.101 dated 05.07.2019 registered under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC at Police Station City Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State at the present moment on instructions from SI Sarvan Singh would submit that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioners herein have been found innocent as per Report No.22 dated 25.07.2021, however, son of petitioners has been found guilty under Section 302 IPC. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant submits that as the petitioners have been found innocent, he will avail of his remedy of filing a protest petition against the said report.

Consequently, as the petitioners have been found innocent, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, in case presence of the petitioners is required at any future date, they shall be given a seven days prior notice.
