Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the petitioners' services as per policy instructions dated 18.06.2014 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, points out that the said policy of regularisation already stands quashed by the Division Bench in Yogesh Tyagi and another v. State of Haryana and others, against which SLP(C) No.33265 of 2018 is pending adjudication before the Supreme Court. Accordingly, the petitioners' case cannot be considered.

Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, this petition cannot be entertained at this stage, and is accordingly disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioners to approach this Court in case any right to claim PAYAL 2023.09.11 16:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
