On 21.03.2023 the following order was passed : "This appeal is of the year 2017 and the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- still has not been deposited. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks some time to deposit the aforesaid statutory amount.

May do so within two weeks from today.

Moreover, order sheets show that there was no representation on behalf of appellant on 15.11.2017 and 12.7.2019. On 28.11.2019 proxy counsel had appeared on behalf of appellant and sought adjournment. In the interest of justice, last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to do the needful.
