Mr. Saksham Mahajan, Advocate assisting Mr. Sumeet Mahajan, Senior Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the nonapplicant/respondent and states that he has no objection if the main case is disposed off in view of the settlement deed dated 12.10.2022. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main case (CR-3102-2021) is taken on Board today itself. CM-14496-CII-2022 in/and CR-3102-2021 (O&M) -2CR-3102-2021 (O&M) Learned senior counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the parties have since settled their dispute as per Annexure R-2 appended with CM-14496-CII-2022 and that all the terms and conditions as stated in the said settlement deed have since been complied with. Photocopies of a cheque bearing No.000014 dated 29.10.2022 for an amount of Rs.9,71,000/- drawn on HDFC Bank, Sector 11, Panchkula; demand draft No.021236 dated 28.10.2022 for an amount of Rs.2,18,78,000/- and demand draft No.021237 dated 28.10.2022 for an amount of Rs.18,20,000/- both issued by HDFC Bank, Sector 11, Panchkula; and a demand draft No.523579 dated 29.10.2022 for an amount of Rs.6,93,60,000/- issued by State Bank of India, Sector 12, Panchkula have been handed over in the Court and the same have been taken on record. The counsel for the petitioner has handed over the original cheque and the three original demand drafts to Mr. J.K. Malhan, Managing Director of the respondent Company, who is also present in Court.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off in terms of the settlement deed dated 12.10.2022 and the statements made by the counsel in Court today. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
