RFA No.1434 of 2014 (O&M) appellant had expired on 28.03.2011 leaving behind his legal heirs as mentioned in para No.3 of the application, who are stated to be the only legal heirs of deceased appellant. It is further stated that there are no other legal heirs of the deceased appellant except ones mentioned in para No.3 of the application. Copy of death certificate is appended as Annexure A-1. Accordingly, in view of the averments made in the application, duly supported by affidavit of Poonam Bhama widow of deceased-appellant, same is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Legal heirs as mentioned in para No.3 of the application are brought on record and permitted to pursue the present litigation only. It is made clear that the present order will not be liable to be taken into consideration in any other set of proceedings. CM stands disposed of.
Main case The appeal is allowed in terms of detailed judgment of even date passed in RFA No.1253 of 2014 titled as "Ranbir Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others".
