ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as per Sports Policy-2013 dated 20.08.2013 (Annexure P-1) as well as Sports Policy-2014 dated 15.07.2014 (Annexure P-2) for `out of turn appointment' as well as `Cash Reward' being a Silver medal winner (second position) players at International level in the field of Kabaddi and for getting the achievement in The 18th Asian Games, Jakarta, Ploembang. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that qua her grievance, petitioner caused issuance of a legal notice dated 24.09.2019 (Annexure P-8), the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. Hence, the instant petition.

Learned State counsel, on advance service, appears and submits that competent authority shall take appropriate decision on the pending legal notice dated 24.09.2019 (Annexure P-8).

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.
