ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner has argued that a settlement agreement was arrived at between the respondent/husband before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, on the basis of which the respondent was granted the concession of anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.11.2019 passed in CRM-M No.37354 of 2019. Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that now the respondent/husband has not complied with the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.

Be whatsoever, admittedly, the petitioner has filed a petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail as the concession of bail was given on the basis of the aforesaid agreement, no contempt is made out.

Dismissed.
