The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 28.08.2023, Annexure P-7 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar and order dated 18.08.2023, Annexure P-5 in complaint case No.COMA:252/2018 dated 24.05.2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the main complaint stands decided.
