 Present petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 02.07.2019 (P4) passed by Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal, to the extent vide which the petitioner has been asked to deposit 20% of the compensation amount passed in Criminal Appeal No. 152/2019, titled M/s Bansi Foods Rice Mill and another Vs. M/s Gurditta Mal Sham Sunder, instituted on 02.07.2019 against the judgment dated 11.06.2019 (P1) vide which the petitioner has been convicted and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one year and fine as equivalent amount to the cheque amount. On 19.09.2019, this Court while issuing notice of motion, passed the following order:
