Mr. Tarunjit Singh Grewal, Advocate, for the petitioner. ***** HARPREET KAUR JEEWAN J. (ORAL) 1.
Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the order dated 05.03.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Mohali, in Complaint No. MNT/184/2019, dated 23.04.2019, whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance to the tune of 45,000/- to the respondents in a petition filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'the Code'), as well as the order dated 24.08.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Revision Court, Mohali, whereby the aforesaid order dated 05.03.2021 passed by the JMIC, Mohali, was upheld. 2.
