 H.S. MADAAN , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant has stated that the matter has since been compromised between the parties before National Lok Adalat, Ferozepur on 14.12.2019, and the amount under settlement has since been paid to the claimants and the execution application filed by the claimants has since been disposed of as fully satisfied by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ferozepur. He has placed on record copy of the order passed by National Lok Adalat, in support of his that contentions.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed being infructuous.
