(Oral) Learned counsel for the review applicant submits that the present review application has only been filed for the grant of the interest on the gratuity amount, which has not been granted by the State, though, no such order was made by this Court and only directions were given to avail appropriate remedy under the payment of the Gratuity Act, 1972. Learned counsel for the review applicant submits that in the interregnum, the gratuity amount has already been released without interest, hence, present review application may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to raise the question of grant of interest on the gratuity amount by availing appropriate remedy including filing of a fresh petition in accordance with law.

Ordered accordingly.
