***** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) CM No. 3782-CI of 2016 Applicants seek condonation of delay of 2445 days in filing the appeal.

Notice of the application.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice and fairly states that let the instant application be allowed in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015 (2) RCR (civil) 437.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, instant application is allowed, for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 2445 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. However, it is made clear that the applicantsappellants shall not be entitled for interest for this delay of 2445 days, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal's case (supra).
