Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide her representation, dated 17.08.2024, Annexure P-7, regarding her promotion to the post of Principal with effect from 26.04.2023, i.e., the date her juniors were promoted. 2.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated 17.08.2024, will be decided by the second respondent-Director Secondary Education, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4.
