Earlier the appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution on 30.05.2014 as none had appeared on behalf of appellant on three consecutive dates. Thereafter on 18.07.2014 the application for restoration of appeal was allowed and order dated 30.05.2014 was recalled. However, again on 19.08.2014, none had appeared on behalf of appellant. As such, the appellant appears to be not interested in pursuing this appeal. Dismissed for non-appearance of appellant or his counsel. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) February 16, 2015.
