Learned counsel would contend that the benefit of 2nd ACP has not been granted to the petitioner. In this regard, representations dated 11.09.2023 and 08.08.2024, Annexures P-6 and P-7, have been submitted however the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioners, prays that a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representations dated 11.09.2023 and 08.08.2024, Annexures P-6 and P-7 expeditiously, in accordance with law.
