(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of mandamus directing respondents to count past service rendered by the petitioner in Haryana State Small Industries & Export Corporation Ltd. as qualifying service for grant of pension and pensionary benefits to the petitioner under old pension scheme and to pen GPF account.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent-Director, Treasuries & Accounts, Haryana to consider the legal notice dated 15.04.2019 (Annexure P-16) within a stipulated period.
Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct nd respondent-Director, Treasuries & Accounts, Haryana to consider the legal notice dated 15.04.2019 (Annexure P-16) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner.
