This order shall dispose of RFA-1095 of 2016 as well as crossobjections filed by the   !%   !%% "  #  (hereinafter referred to as "the HSIIDC"). The appeal has been filed by the landowners who stand deprived of their land due to the compulsory acquisition. The learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has now concluded that the market value of the acquired land shall be at the rate of Rs.47,10,500/- per acre along with the statutory benefits.

They admit that this appeal is required to be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 08.04.2021 in Civil Appeal No.1330-1332 of 2021 (M/s Acquainted Realtors LLP Etc. Etc. Vs. MOHD AYUB 2021.11.22 10:18 I attest to the accuracy of this order.

Keeping in view the stand of the learned counsels, the appeal filed by the landowners is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 08.04.2021, whereas, the cross-objections filed by the HSIIDC shall stand dismissed.
