       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case complaint bearing No. COMA/13/2020 dated 04.06.2020, registered under Sections 8, 21(c), 25, 29 and 65 of the NDPS Act, 1985, pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Rohtak.

Vide order dated 07.12.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court and on his doing so, the trial Court was directed to admit him on bail on his furnishing bail and surety bonds, subject to its satisfaction. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has appeared before the learned trial Court and furnished the requisite bonds. He further submits that now the petitioner is regularly appearing before the learned trial Court.
