Learned counsel for the appellants submits that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 23.9.2014 passed by this court in RFA No. 2174 of 2012 (Smt. Savitri Devi Vs. The Land Acquisition Collector, Gurgaon and others).

Notice of motion in the application for condonation of delay as well as in the appeal.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice and after going through the record, fairly states that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 23.9.2014 passed Smt. Savitri Devi's case (supra).

RFA No 1101 of 2016 (O&M) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, application is allowed, for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 1335 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. However, it is made clear that the applicantsappellants shall not be entitled for interest for this delay of 1335 days, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015 (2) RCR (civil) 437.

In view of the abovesaid common stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, instant appeal is disposed of in terms of the order dated 23.9.2014 passed in Savitri Devi's case (supra). Disposed of, accordingly.
