(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.46 dated 14.08.2022, under Sections 419, 420, 120-B IPC and Section 66-D of Information and Technology Act, 2000, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Gurugram.

In compliance of order dated 04.10.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sajjan Singh, submits that though the petitioner has already joined the investigation, however, he is not cooperating with the investigating agency as regards furnishing of his permanent residential address. To this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will provide his permanent address with all necessary documents as regards his permanent residential address to the investigating agency SONIKA 2023.01.24 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
