*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 11.06.2024 (Annexure P-1). 2.
On 04.02.2025, the following order was passed:- "A perusal of order sheets reveals that the instant matter has repeatedly been adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and today again, a written request for adjournment has been circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, which is totally unjustified.
As last indulgence, adjourned to 26.03.2025 for further consideration.
It is made clear that in case the matter is not argued by learned counsel for the petitioner on the next date of hearing as well, consequential orders would be passed."
