     H.S. MADAAN , J. (Oral) There is no representation of the appellant. Similar was the position on the previous two dates of hearing. In the last order, it was observed that if there was no representation on behalf of the appellant on the adjourned date i.e. today, then the appeal would be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Again since the appellant has gone unrepresented, therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
