DEEPAK MANCHANDA, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.106 dated 08.12.2020 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court and prays that she be allowed to withdraw the petition.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh does not dispute the same.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the main case is dismissed, pending application(s), if any, stands disposed off.
