(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal has become infructuous, as the FIR No. 41 dated 22.09.2022 has been ordered to be quashed, vide order dated 05.12.2022 in CRM-M-52961-2022 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court titled as "Angrej Singh Vs. State of Haryana and another". He has also produced a copy of order dated 05.12.2022. The same is taken on record.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
