(Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the Annual Performance Assessment Report (APAR) dated 31.12.2018 (Annexure P-1), whereby the grade of the petitioner was shown 4.50 instead of 5.00.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance raised in this writ petition stands redressed, therefore, she has instructions to withdraw this writ petition.

The prayer is accepted.
