This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS with a prayer that direction be given to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to investigate the case by constituting a special investigation team (SIT) of some higher officials bearing FIR No. 115 dated 27.05.2025 under Sections 329(3), 62, 351(2), 191 (3), 190 BNS and Sections 25,27 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Lopoke Amritsar Rural with a further prayer that direction be given to respondents No. 2 and 3 to file a status report of the case. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 14.07.2025 Annexure P-3 to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent Renu Rawat 2025.07.24 18.19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 14.07.2025 Annexure P-3 of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
