**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this second petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.41 dated 08.03.2022, registered under Section 21(b) of the NDPS Act, at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, the first one having been dismissed as withdraw on 30.05.2022.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not again inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
