RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 for investigation and to register an FIR under appropriate Sections of IPC against unknown persons keeping in view the judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs Govt.of U.P. and others in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.68 of 2008, decided on 12.11.2013.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternative remedy.

Allowed as prayed for.
