(Oral) Present petitioner has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of direction to transfer the investigation of case FIR No.66 dated 14.07.2019 registered under Section, 365, 506 IPC, Sections 21, 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Banur, District Patiala to respondent No.3 i.e. Central Bureau of Investigation. 2.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that challan has already been presented before the competent Court of jurisdiction and trial is going on. 3.

In the premise, at this belated stage since the investigation is over, the prayer to transfer the same to other agency is rendered infructuous. 4.

Petition is disposed of.
