The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 38 dated 24.02.2025, registered under Sections 80 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Faridabad Old (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate of the petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain technical errors in the present petition and accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the same, with liberty to file it afresh with correct, better and complete particulars.
