Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.19 dated 26.03.2025, under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC & Section 24 of Immigration Act, registered at Police Station NRI, SAS Nagar, District SAS Nagar.

Vide order dated 02.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Surinder Kumar, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
